Reflection of findings and evaluation results from Del Norte County HHS Professionals from the UC Davis workshop: Defusing Difficult Situations Through Peaceful Resolution held in beautiful Crescent City, CA.

During each session the question was asked: What is working well at Del Norte County Health and Human Services? Each table group gave a response.

After the responses were charted the group was asked to mention some of the people who are responsible for what is working well within the department.

  • Always enjoy Joe's classes – Very engaging

  • The group discussions were fun. Great information that we can use not only at work but al situations.
