Along with being president of Business Works I fill in the gaps as an instructor for UC Davis. The training evaluations, reference, listed below are from 4 separate 1-day workshops delivered to Sacramento County DHHS workers, June 2013, through UC Davis. I created the workshops, "How to Work as a Team" using the Workplace Enrichment interactive model.

• One of the best trainings I’ve attended. Mr. Tassinari is an amazing trainer. He’s attentive, interacts, relatable and has wonderful energy. He made the day enjoyable.
• I enjoyed the amount of participation the instructor encouraged in the class and I felt so comfortable in participating. I will use the knowledge gained today in both my professional and personal life.
• The focus on practice over theory was excellent! Taking tools back to our work place is what makes this training the most useful. Nothing could be improved, the training was executed perfectly!
• I am not one to speak in front of others but Joe made it so comfortable and easy. This was the best training I’ve ever attended and will use the information not only at work but at home as well.

• I had no idea that training could be offered this way. Everyone participated because they felt comfortable to be around each other. Joe is by far the best trainer I’ve ever had.  The training definitely lived up to it’s 3 goals, love one another, have fun and learn stuff.
• The strengths of the course were group circle interaction. I valued the mutual respect, that there were agreements instead of rules and fun! Have the Board of Supervisors & upper management attend class – no improvements necessary. I will have more fun at work, get to know my co-workers better, be less judgmental about others, look inward and take more chances in life.
• Interaction and collaboration were great. I will apply what I learned in my life, in my career, with people to become more goal oriented. Course was too short.
