If you are ready to weave this model into your regular meetings feel free to use this Workplace Enrichment meeting agenda as a template. (see below for helpful tips)

The management staff of Mother Lode River Center enrolled in a Workplace Enrichment session January 2014. gratitudeSince then they have utilized the WE meeting agenda template for their weekly staff meetings. Conducting meetings this way they have reported accomplishing business goals with more efficiency and success; staff are more accountable for their duties not out of fear but because their good work is being noticed. Most importantly there is as growing understanding and positive affect among ALL staff; including staff who do not attend the regular meetings!

Workplace Enrichment "A Practice of We" is presented to your workgroup with a one-day workshop followed by three coached staff meetings. If you wish to explore this practice for your workgroup please contact Business Works.

Business Works is a company dedicated to the creation of a peaceful world through the workplace. If your skill-set enables you to use this meeting agenda as a template without enrolling in a Workplace Enrichment session please feel free to do so. Here are some helpful tips:

  • The meeting focus is on safety and positive relationship building. Remember, when groups are interacting with positivity they are 35% more productive.
  • Facilitator: Give everyone an equal turn with each agenda item, keep things moving.
  • Energizer: A short activity that brings the group closer as a team and is fun.
  • Meeting Topic: Choose an inclusive activity that highlights your topic.
  • Reflection: Capture findings from "team member reports" along with "evaluation results" and reflect them during the next meeting.
  • "Something Nice" – group displays gratitude.
  • Take turns facilitating the meetings.

Workplace Enrichment is "A Practice of We" – turns the us/them dichotomy into a unified "We". The method is embraced by everyone, is enriching and develops high-functioning teams. It was developed by, Joe Tassinari president of Business Works, as a means to deliver ongoing happiness and prosperity to the workplace.
